COURTESY: We are courteous to our clients and expect the same in return. Disrespectful behavior, including cursing at staff, will result in inactivation of the client account and cancellation of future veterinary visits.

EXAM ROOMS: Appointments are limited to one client per exam room.

COMMUNICABLE DISEASE: If you have symptoms of a cold (coughing/sneezing/runny nose, head cold, COVID, influenza, etc.), please notify our staff and we will accommodate a curbside visit so that you can stay in your car. If you must come indoors, kindly wear a medical-grade facemask.

WEAPONS: Weapons, including guns and other firearms, are not allowed on the premises. Please leave your weapons at home.

RESCHEDULED, CANCELLED or NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS: Rescheduling or cancelling appointments requires at least 24 hours’ notice (excluding weekends and holidays); otherwise, we reserve the right not to reschedule the appointment or to require a deposit to schedule another appointment.

FEAR FREE: To support our patients’ safety and comfort, and in accordance with modern fear-free guidelines for pets, anxiety-reducing medication will be administered to patients that are fearful in the veterinary setting. We will discuss this with you in advance. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments for patients who need additional sedation.
