Purrfect Care
I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Bassler and her staff! A few years ago we were told our dog, Emma, had a mast cell tumor in her nose. Looking for answers and feeling frustrated, I ended up calling Dr. Bassler. We got in right away, she was calm and caring, gave us hope, and set us up with appointments to get to the bottom of it. She referred us to an oncologist and Emma underwent chemotherapy and surgery to remove her tumor. Since then, we call and e-mail any time we find spots. Dr. Bassler always takes us, answers my frantic e-mails, and is always kind and considerate. Her staff knows our dog and is so amazing with calls and follow ups. We trust them and ONLY them with our pup! I truly think they saved her life and I am continuously grateful for them all. If you are looking for a caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable staff, THIS is the place to go.
I could not possibly recommend Bassler Veterinary Hospital any more than I already do! I’ve taken in both my dog & cat multiple times and I have been so impressed with the level of service they provide. They communicate so well, explaining exactly what they are doing along the way. After we are long gone, they constantly follow-up just to make sure everything is okay with our pets at home. Bringing your pet in to see a Vet can be stressful for both the owner & the pet…but not here. I have to thank Dr. Bassler and her staff for making today smooth, painless, and informative. They took good care of my 10 year old cat Rocky today during his oral exam and explained everything he will need in great detail, sending me home with a written explanation of the process. I didn’t feel rushed at all and they were so sweet and gentle with my old guy (who was strangely enjoying the exam!). Also, the office is clean, exam rooms are comfortable. I would absolutely recommend them!
